How partnering works
- We shortlist and support students; you keep doing what you do best.
- No income guarantees — we never promise a set number of students or a fixed return.
- No fees to students for our support, and no upfront cost to explore working together.
- Students always pay their accommodation provider directly. RAJ never collects rent or deposits.
- Partner commission remains governed by each separate written partner agreement.
