Our story
RAJ Property Consultants NI is a Belfast-based student accommodation support, referral and tenant-find business. We help international students find, understand and book somewhere suitable to live — clearly, honestly and without the guesswork.
We started RAJ to make life easier for international students arriving in a new country. Belfast is our home and our core market: we know the city, its universities — including Queen's University Belfast and Ulster University — and the neighbourhoods students actually want to live in.
As we grow, we are expanding carefully into selected UK cities. Before a property appears with us it is reviewed, and we carry out landlord and accommodation-provider checks, gather the right documentation and, where access is available and permitted, use live video verification so students can see a room before they commit.
RAJ never collects rent or deposits — students always pay their landlord or accommodation provider directly. Alongside students and their parents, we work with education consultants, accommodation providers, private landlords, universities, student communities and local partners to keep the whole process transparent.
