Partner Terms
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to commercial partners of RAJ Property Consultants NI Ltd (“RAJ”, “we”, “us”) — including education agents, accommodation providers, landlords, universities, student communities and service partners. They sit alongside our main Terms & Conditions and any individual written agreement we enter into with you, which takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
2. How partnership works
Becoming a commercial partner normally follows these steps:
- Apply — you apply to partner with us and tell us about your organisation;
- RAJ review — we review the application;
- Commercials & commission agreed — we agree the commercial terms and any commission;
- Written agreement — the terms are set out in a written partnership agreement;
- Partner approved — once approved, you become a partner; and
- Tracking code or link issued — we issue you a unique tracking code or link for attribution.
3. Excluded from the public £50 Refer a Friend programme
Commercial partners are not eligible for the public £50 Refer a Friend programme, which is for individual, non-commercial word-of-mouth referrals only. Partner introductions are handled under these Partner Terms and your written agreement instead. You can read the individual programme rules in our Referral Terms.
4. Attribution
Introductions must be correctly attributed to you through your unique partner code or link. We cannot recognise an introduction that was not attributed to you through the proper route, and it is your responsibility to make sure your code or link is used.
5. Commission arrangements
Commission arrangements are individually agreed with each partner and set out in your written agreement. There is no single standard rate — the basis on which any commission is calculated, earned and paid is whatever we agree with you in writing.
6. Partnership status
Partnership status is subject to our review and to a written agreement remaining in place. We may review, suspend or end a partnership in line with that agreement — for example where the agreed terms are not met. Being approved as a partner does not create any exclusivity or guarantee of introductions or income unless we have expressly agreed that in writing.
7. Our role and payments
Students pay rent, deposits and accommodation charges directly to the official accommodation provider. RAJ PROPERTY CONSULTANTS NI LTD does not collect student accommodation rent or deposits.
RAJ provides accommodation support and booking guidance. We do not collect student rent or deposits — students pay the landlord or accommodation provider directly — and nothing in a partnership changes that.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the one that applies. If you have any questions about partnering with us, contact us at rajpropertyconsultantsni@gmail.com.
