List Your Property

RAJ Property Consultants NI helps private landlords and student-accommodation providers connect with suitable students. Submit your property details below and our team will review the information and contact you regarding the next steps.

We support viewings and booking coordination and connect your accommodation with international students looking for somewhere to live. Students always pay you, the provider, directly — RAJ never collects rent or deposits. There is no upfront listing fee. Any referral or commission arrangement will be discussed and agreed before publication.
