Book Belfast together
Your friends don't all need the same budget or room type — we'll help organise the accommodation search around the whole group.
Free, Belfast-based support for groups of students. One person starts the search; everyone books their own room directly with the provider.
One group, four different needs
An example of the kind of group we organise every year — same building, four very different rooms and budgets.

Same building, different rooms, different budgets — that's exactly the kind of puzzle we solve.

How group booking works
Build your group below
Share your group size, how close you want to stay, universities, room types and budgets — a rough picture is enough, and only the lead student needs to give contact details.
We shortlist for the whole group
RAJ checks current Belfast availability and finds accommodation that can take everyone together — same building, same floor or nearby, at each person’s own budget.
Each student books the provider directly
We guide every booking and answer questions, but each student books and pays the official accommodation provider or landlord directly. RAJ never collects rent or deposits.
Students pay rent, deposits and accommodation charges directly to the official accommodation provider. RAJ PROPERTY CONSULTANTS NI LTD does not collect student accommodation rent or deposits.

Ready to sort the whole group?
It takes about a minute — group size, how close you want to stay, budgets and one contact.
